How an investigation works
A Pulse run fans out collectors across your metrics, logs, Kubernetes state, deployment history, and marketplace add-ons. Analysis agents form hypotheses, test them against the evidence, and an orchestrator reconciles the findings.
The result is a root cause with a confidence score, contributing factors, and evidence weighted by how strongly it supports the conclusion. No black box: you can open every step and artifact of the investigation.
From diagnosis to fix
Pulse ends every investigation with suggested fixes ranked by risk, flags which ones are safe to automate, and posts a summary your on-call can read in Slack before they’ve opened a laptop.
Run it on demand when something looks off, or on a schedule per cluster, app, or add-on with quotas you control.
The takeaway
MTTR is mostly time spent finding, not fixing. Pulse compresses the finding to minutes — and it never gets tired at 3 AM.
